Overall worst experience. Ao this stay was OYO earlier and everyone knows the oyo reputation in the market. I believe many of good ratings given here are fake-Trust me. Rooms are spacious but old. Literally bad quality bed with dirty bedsheets, room lights are dim. Small balcony which you wont really like to stand in as the road against it is hell crowded always. Stingy rooms. Old paint. We skip the breakfast as room was bad. Service was good. Rooms not clean. A big NO NO.

service provided is absolutely useless. On multiple occasions, I have made reservations here, only to arrive at the hotel and encounter Mr. Ayush, who informs me that my booking has not been processed, and their rooms are fully occupied. At times, he claims that one of the rooms is damaged, while other times he insists that my reservation was never confirmed. After speaking with him, it becomes evident that he does not regard me as a valued customer.

I have been regular to this property and excellent property. Very well trained and friendly staff. Sparkling clean hotel. Excellent food and room service is quick. Room size is big with big toilet and shower area.

Rooms and bathroom were clean. AC was dripping. Room service was really good and at affordable price, not to mention the taste of the food was amazing. The french fries i had here were the best till date. It's a good hotel with big rooms and at affordable prices and at a very good location which is central to all places in gurugram
